Day 198

INTERVIEW WITH GOD

 James J. Lachard (Jim Brown)

I came across a Video on Whats’app recently, that prompted me to explore on the  same.. as the topic and its contents will be perennially relevant to human kind… I give an extract from the same…

Quote

Q-“What surprises you most about mankind?

A-“Many things.”

  • “That they get bored of being children, are in a rush to grow up, and then long to be children again.
  • That they lose their health to make money and then lose their money to restore health.
  • That by thinking anxiously about the future, they forget the present, and live neither for the present nor for the future.
  • That they live as if they will never die, and die as if they had never lived.” Unquote

The above reminds one of the interactions between Yudhishir and Yaksha on the different aspects of life as given in Mahabharatha…

Man by nature is trying to unravel the mystery of creation  since long… the effort will continue … as none has seen God in reality… all are views and hunches and like this dream…

But all these give wisdom and food for thought… and invaluable lessons too..

Remembering those words of wisdom will provide  a lot of peace and tranquillity to the reader…especially in a brittle world in which we are  all living today…

Death does not always lead to liberation; death is not always not a prerequisite of liberation!
No one needs to fear death!
