Day 233

 Kashi Viswanath Corridor-2

The temple complex spread over 5 lac plus square feet- as against 3000 sq feet of yester years, is a modern day wonder… this had necessitated vacating many residents after giving alternate accommodation and completing the project in less than 4 years despite the Corona pandemic…as the people involved worked day and night to realise the dream project of the Hon. PM… who in turn monitored the progress to ensure timely completion… during the function a short film was shown giving the journey of the renovation… there it was mentioned that the Vision , Concept and Execution of the project were  the brain child of the Hon. PM.

The leadership  and inspiration was from him. It was mentioned that way back in 1920 when Mahatma Gandhi visited Kashi, he expressed distress over the state of affairs  around the temple during his address at BHU…..So it took over 100 years to restore the beauty of the place… the credit thus goes to the Hon. PM and the state Government… this also gives a message that if there is a will and an able leader , there is a way…

Wonderful indeed is the new sight of the temple complex and way to the river bank.. now people can take a bath, carry Ganga jal and reach the temple directly and speedily and offer  abhishekam… which was not that easy in olden days… Hence the words… Vision and Execution…the temple was in bad shape for nearly 1000 years and the lost glory has been  restored…. Now… hopefully , the nation and especially Hindus will get new energy and inspiration from this  wonderful transformation of Kashi temple complex…

Hindus are unfortunately becoming indifferent to their traditions and values…. This will be disastrous in the long run… the efforts taken and shown by the PM in traditions, Puja etc. should be an eye- opener for a race that has suffered immensely in the History and especially to the youngsters
