It is time to shift the gear again. In the last 20 blogs, we have seen a variety of inputs, that will hasten our step towards spiritual emancipation, if backed by needed efforts.
In this section, some poems will be cited for self-reflection.
(NB: one must read the full poem/meaning available on the net).
I
am indeed grateful and thankful to our spiritual guru, Swami Parthasarathy, who
in 1978 introduced us to the importance of poems in understanding philosophical
and spiritual matters vide his master piece Vedanta Treatise and
lectures.
I wanted to actually start with some poems
in English and was ready to post one. Then I suddenly came across this
beautiful bhajan, as if God prompted.
Hence, I start with this one where Saint Kabir states that he will sing FEARLESSLY about the attribute-less Brahman. the word fearlessness is repeated again and again, which is the theme of this blog too.
These verses convey the spiritual path and the goal in a very subtle manner.
I am not giving line by line translation. One must
walk the talk in the spiritual
path. More over the translation and explanations are now easily available on the mobile itself. Open, read and enjoy the depth
of the Bhajan.
Being a spiritual blog, I am happy that I
could lay my hands on this mystic poem.
Be happy. Be safe.
