 Robin Sharma’s book The 5 AM Club: Own Your Morning; Elevate Your Life, is about getting up at 5 AM and the advantages of doing so in one’s life. For most people, waking up at 5 AM daily may sound unappealing. In this life changing book, one will discover the early rising habit helped so many to accomplish great results and also upgrade their happiness, helpfulness and feelings of aliveness.

Author uses a fictitious story about a billionaire mentor teaching a struggling artist and an entrepreneur about the importance of waking up early to show how revolutionary it is for success.  3 big lessons from the book are:

1.   Waking up at 5 a.m. will provide one with  complete solitude and time to think for the day ahead in a very clear manner

2.        2.Helps to balance oneself to achieve self-mastery in the Mindset, Health set, Heart set, and Soul set.

3.            3.  Helps to put to use the 20/20/20 formula covered in the book.

The book is presented in the form of a story among a billionaire and two characters viz. an artist and an entrepreneur. The Billionaire is giving tips and suggestions to the two persons for becoming successful in their lives.

The book is highly motivating and inspirational. With some efforts and determination, what is covered in the book is doable. For everyone the total time per day is limited. One has to make optimum use of the same to achieve one’s goals.

In that context, the contents are highly relevant. The following quote from the book is worth remembering- “All change is hard at first, messy in the middle and gorgeous at the end.
